A little about me ...
It's been over a year now since I left the corporate world and started my own photography business.
It's been an amazing adventure! My passion has led me to meet some truly amazing families. I feel privileged when I'm selected to capture their most precious moments.
My favourite part of my job is connecting with my clients. I never really expected to make so many friends and develop so many close relationships when I decided to become a newborn and family photographer. The big bonus of this job is getting to cuddle and soothe a newborn baby. I miss those little sighs my boys used to make in their early days. Hmmm ... the not so favourite part of my job - well of course it's cleaning the poopies from a newborn session. Not to worry though, I have a great washing machine and a tremendous supply of blankets.
One comment I often receive from my clients during their sales presentation is "this is like a story, I can't believe it's my family". That's the biggest compliment I can receive. I love creating wall art using images from a portrait session or a keepsake coffee table that a family will treasure for years to come. You'll see just what I mean when you visit my studio.
My loves are my two lively little boys, aged 3 and 5 years old. For you photography enthusiasts, I'm a Nikon girl and I love shooting with prime lenses.
