Sleep Trainers are popping up everywhere...be careful! Its important to understand that a traditional doula is not trained to offer Sleep Training Support to families. Although some may have basic sleep skills, this does not qualify them to offer consultations on Sleep Nurturing or Sleep Training. It is also important to acknowledge that some consultants have only taken an online course for seep training and have actually never worked in the field with babies and young children. There are many physiological and psychological practices that must be understood about human nature and sleep before even attempting to sleep train a baby  or there could be serious harm done.

Advanced Pediatric Sleep Consultant

Debbie Fazio is a Parenting Coach and Owner of Precious Moments Babeez. She is the founder of the Sleepy Babeez Program and the ONLY Board Certified Advanced Sleep Consultant in Canada. Debbie is also a Certified Doula and Newborn Care Specialist who has helped families across Canada, the United States and as far as the Middle East and the UK. She specializing is sleep nurturing for families with babies and toddlers as well as twins and triplets. Her hands on work experience within daycare and nursery school settings and in home environments working with babies every day together with her personal experience as a mother of 3 including twins, is what enables her to offer the most comprehensive sleep program in the country!

Meet Sabrina
Pediatric Sleep Consultant

Sabrina is a Paramedic, doula and Pediatric Sleep Consultant
working with families on a daily basis at promoting a happy and healthy
home once baby comes.  She has also done the training herself when her
son was 4.5 mos old and recently the Babeez Nurturing program
with her second baby. Sabrina is kind, gentle and an inspiration for a healthy happy family life and also has a photography diploma and experience with Birth Photography.

Meet Emma
Toddler Sleep Consultant

Emma is the Precious Moments Babeez Toddler Sleep Consultant and has been working as an Early Childhood Educator for the last 20 years. She owns and manages a daycare/nursery school which means she works over 50 hours per week HANDS ON with the children in her center. Her knowledge and experience she is able to help families with toddlers achieve better sleep!

As a professional who has worked with young children all her life, one of the skills she has been able to pass onto other parents is how to properly enforce sleep habits for toddlers over 18 months.
