Streetsville Children's Centre was opened in 1993 by Jacky Sheppard and her daughter Emma Campbell with only 3 families. We have grown to over 100 families and hope that you will join ours. Streetsville Children's Centre and Streetsville Academy believes that it is important for both parents and school to share mutual respect, communication and support. Parent-Teacher Interviews are conducted in addition to daily communication.

Meet Jacky
Hello! My name is Jacky Sheppard and I am the Director and owner of Streetsville Children’s Centre & Academy.I am thrilled to be given the opportunity and good fortune to open Streetsville Children’s Centre & Academy for another school year.Over the past 16 years we have touched the lives of many families and we are excited to start another September.
I have been teaching for over 30 years both in the U.K. and Canada.Owning our own school is definitely a challenge but one that I am passionate about. My career has included Midwifery and Special Education. Now with Grades 1 – 4, I teach music every day…..what could be better. I love my students.
I am the mother of two grown children and grandmother to Faith. I love my golden lab called Stella and my cottage…and volunteering at CVH in my spare time.
